Overview
Our Maison de Maître is located in a quiet street in the village of Luc sur Orbieu, between Narbonne and Carcassonne.
Ideally located in the triangle between Montpellier, Perpignan and Toulouse.
The house was built around 1825 and has provided wellbeing ever since, as it once housed the village doctor and pharmacy.
With 250 m² of living space on 3 floors, our guesthouse not only impresses with its spaciousness, but above all with its original charm and tasteful furnishings.
Thanks to the high ceilings and large windows, the rooms are flooded with light and pleasantly tempered in all seasons.
We offer 4 large bedrooms with double beds, a spacious living room, a separate dining room and several terraces with a large salt water pool.
A delicious breakfast with fresh bread, croissants, fruit, cheese, ham and much more awaits you every morning!

Vineyards & Wine tourism
We are cooperating with Château de Luc where Famillie Fabre is creating their wonderful wines (famillefabre.com) including a new escape game where your enological knowledge will be challenged. Another local domain is Roque Sistiere who are creating a fullbodied white wine. Plus Luc is a great starting point for exploring AOC Boutenac wines.
Gastronomy
The local restaurant "Laluciole" provides delicious local French food prepared with a modern touch. In case you are unable to reserve a table (likely), we can of course provide you with pleanty of other options in the area. However, if you give us a heads up we are happy to serve you our famous "table d'hôte" dishes on our terrasse.
Sport & Hiking
When it comes to sportive activities, almost no wish remains open. There are tennis courts in the village and a large petanque court. Cycling, fishing, canoeing and hiking are possible throughout the area. The Alaric mountain with a breathtaking view is at arms reach (12km).

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
