The Castle of Servayrie appears among the most remarkable buildings of the South-west of France. It is Historic building Classified entirely.
In 1997, the quality of its restoration was rewarded by attribution for the 1st price “Point of view - Lords of the manor for Today”, event largely greeted by the written and televised national press, given to Caroussel from Louvre, in Paris.
In a green setting, on its headland dominating the valley of Dourdou and bathed by light and sun, its composite architecture, XII° through the XVII° century invites to a true trip over the centuries, the various rooms having kept or reacquired 500 years of antique furniture.
Inside its walls, with the shimmering coatings, still resound, for which can listen to it, the voice of Eustache de Beaumarchais, Seneshal of Alphonse de Poitiers… or the steps of François de Laroque de Sénézergues, 1st gentleman of the Room of the King…
The Castle of Servayrie books three continuations to you, each one in a different style.
Each room profits from its own SPA.
At the summer, the breakfast will be proposed to you in the main courtyard, close to the basin (actually heated swimming pool) from where you will be able to observe the ceaseless ball of the falcons cressenelles to the top of the tower.
In the living room of honor, which is booked to you, it is the crackling of the fire of the chimney which will accompany your evenings by reading, discussion, games... and your breakfast in less beautifull season.
The Castle of Servayrie, become Castle of Hosts today, voluntarily limited to 3 rooms, expresses the attachment of its owners, Lords of the manor of adoption, to book a privileged reception to you, personalized, in share of a history and a place of beauty.
