Manoir de Malagorse
Welcome to Le Manoir de Malagorse, our beautiful, elegant, 19th century manor set in the rolling countryside of the South West of France.
It offers everything for the perfect holiday.
The ideal blend of a warm atmosphere created by a family home but with all the creature comforts of a hotel.
The Manoir is light and spacious...
... and filled with furniture and objects Anna and Abel have discovered in local antique markets.
The Manoir offers a choice of four individually designed bedrooms and two luxurious suites, thoughtfully decorated with sumptuous French fabrics.
The rooms vary in size and character, they all offer the comforts of home, with fresh garden flowers, crisp white bed linen, fluffy bathrobes and delicious toiletries.
The living room is situated in the old bakery and is a great place to unwind.
Curl up with a book in a leather armchair or browse through an interesting selection of books.
The Manoir is set in 10 acres of peaceful countryside with wonderful views.
The swimming pool is located in a large meadow and surrounded with comfortable teak sun beds.
An elevated terrace affords views of the landscape.
A wonderful spot for a light lunch, afternoon tea or an early aperitif.
Plenty of quiet, shady spots for a siesta or reading.
For the children masses of space to let off steam and in another area of the garden a wooden play area and authentic tepee for any keen Indians.
Food is one of our great passions.
At the manoir de Malagorse, great care goes into sourcing fresh seasonal produce. The kitchen is the heart of the house, highlighted by an impressive handmade cooking range.
During our summer season breakfast, lunch and dinner are served in the courtyard, weather permitting.
Breakfast is a relaxed affair, a buffet with plenty of delicious treats.
Lunch, for those finding it hard to move from the pool, is a choice from a selection of light aromatic platters. Dinner, a gastronomic four course set menu accompanied with wines carefully chosen to complement each course. An extensive wine list is also available and Abel would be delighted to guide you with your choice.
The manoir is open from the spring through to the autumn.
This winter we have decided to keep the Loft open, it’s an amazing space to relax and chill out or enjoy the festive season with friends.
We look forward to welcoming you…
