5 2Excellent établissement. La formule «chambre d’hôtes + cuisine gastronomique abordable» proposée ici par l’équipe de Carpe Diem, en plus d’être originale et rare, et tout simplement parfaite. Ceci est lié à un savant mélange qui allie cadre enchanteur, accueil chaleureux et un vrai plaisir pour les papilles (je confirme que c’est un vrai jeune et talentueux chef en cuisine qui nous a proposé un repas délicieux et raffiné). Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le fait d’être indépendant : nous avons séjourné deux nuits dans une chambre spacieuse, très joliment décorée juste devant une belle piscine (fin novembre pas question de baignade !) le tout dans une petite dépendance avec accès facile vers l’extérieur. Cerise sur le gâteau : découverte d’une magnifique région ! Nous y retournerons sans aucune hésitation…
Oui, profitez bien de ce cadre unique dans un site enchanteur. C'est à l'occasion d'une réunion de famille pour fêter un anniversaire que nous avons découvert ce lieu. Joëlle et son équipe nous ont organisé cette réception qui restera dans les mémoires. Loïc, le chef, nous a régalé avec sa cuisine inventive. A recommander +++++
