Overview
A few minutes walk from the picturesque village of Saint Saturnin les Apt, come and discover 'Mas de l'Escaillon', a traditional Provencal house nestled in the middle of green oak trees.
Catherine will welcome you in a friendly atmosphere and will be happy to suggest local walks not to be missed.
You will stay in one of our three charming bedrooms, spacious, air-conditioned, equipped with a very comfortable 160 x 200 bed, plus an ensuite bathroom with separate wc. Each room has independent access and a terrace to enable you to make the most of the surrounding nature. Breakfast is served on the main terrace during the summer, and in the dining room during the cooler months.
For additional meals, a small outdoor summer kitchen has been fitted out: sink, fridge, crockery, microwave, barbecue...
During the summer months, you can cool off in the swimming pool (5 x 12), reminiscent of old-fashioned pools and relax on a teak deckchair, in the shade of the oaks.
The traditional Provencal house will be your ideal starting point to make the most of the riches of the region.
Architectural riches with the discovery of perched villages, starting with that of Saint Saturnin les Apt, then those of Saignon, Sault, Gordes, Bonnieux, Lacoste, Menerbes, classified as "the most beautiful villages in France" just 20/30 minutes by car . Balloon flights also possible from Roussillon.
Geological riches with the ochres of Roussillon, Rustrel and Gargas. all only 10 minutes away.
Gastronomic treasures: discover the Provençal market of Apt labelled a "French exceptional market", that of Lourmarin, the many vineyards, producers of honey and olive oil etc...
For athletes of all levels, you will find hiking, cycling and horse riding routes; you can cool off on La Sorgue with a kayak descent and even try a paragliding flight in Rustrel!
Exchanges with Provençal craftsmen, cultural meetings, will complete the pleasures to ensure you have a wonderful holiday.

L'emplacement satisfaisant , proche de nombreux sites à visiter : Gordes Lacoste. Menerbes Roussillon... Nous avons pu aussi profiter de nombreux conseils sur les activités à faire dans la région... Bref une excellente adresse ! Nous y reviendrons avec plaisir ...
