Housed on the third floor of a beautiful building, the Casa Montani is managed directly by the owners who have put their heart and soul into every detail, choosing furniture and fabrics from the best Italian and French brands and commissioning furniture by local craftsmen.
As a result, each of the five rooms are unique beautiful and comfortable.
Apart from the gorgeous design, this home-feeling guesthouse is very personal and intimate and offers the type of service which makes perfect for a romantic individual leisure travel.
3 deluxe rooms, 1 Suite and 1 Jr Suite, all furnished in every detail, with quality (hardwood floors, linen, silk, marble, etc.)
Design, art (with paintings of the Sicilian artist Beppe Buttera) luxury and comfort (king size bed, air conditioning, internet access, safes, etc. ...
The Suite and the Jr suites have an additional extra day lounge with a sofa bed and a bathtub in the bathroom
From this central location you can reach the Spanish Steps in a few minute walk.
A further ten minute stroll will take you to the Trevi Fountain, Pantheon, Piazza Navona and the Vatican.
There is also a metro stop nearby (Flaminio-Piazza del Popolo, line A), and the stops of the main public and touristic bus.
There are also some private fee-paying garages in the immediate vicinity.

Casa Montani est située dans le centre de Rome, à quelques pas de la Place du Peuple. A pied, en quelques minutes vous trouverez: la Place d'Espagne, la rue Condotti, la rue del Babuino, Trinité des Monts et la Villa Borghese. A 15 minutes à pied vous arriverez au Panthéon et à la Place Navonne.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
