Saint Mark’s Square, with its famous Basilica and the famous Ducal Palace, the Rialto Bridge and its colourful market, the Fenice Theatre, the Palazzo Grassi and Punta della Dogana, the Accademia Galleries and the Peggy Guggenheim Collection are all within easy reach and just a few minutes’ walk away.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
