Born from the complex restoration of a century-old manor house that once lay in ruins, this project was created for and with the guest in mind. Its design, décor, and carefully chosen location will help you disconnect from everything and feel more at home than in a hotel.
Set in a rural environment at its finest, the hotel offers views of the capes of Busto, Vidío, and Peñas—this privileged location being the inspiration for its name. Just 7 km from Luarca, a charming fishing village, guests can enjoy the most highly regarded beaches and countryside in western Asturias.
The hotel features spacious common areas with two lounges with fireplaces, a bar, a dining room, a library, a video library, a reading area, and game tables. Large windows overlooking the Cantabrian Sea, along with the surrounding green meadows, make these spaces perfect for relaxation and enjoying nature.
The 11,000m² property features a large garden with several separate areas designated for sun loungers, tables, and a children's play area. We also have private parking for all our guests.
The hotel has an organic garden where we grow a wide variety of seasonal produce that you can enjoy in our restaurant. Crisp, fresh lettuce, Gernika peppers, flavorful carrots, Ibarra peppers, zucchini, tomatoes, squash, leeks, onions, cucumbers, strawberries. Everything straight from the garden to your table.
Enjoy the best breakfast with the best sea views. We offer an à la carte breakfast with a wide variety of options to suit all tastes. Sweet, savory, hot, cold… you choose.
In our restaurant, exclusively for our guests, you'll find a menu featuring the freshest, highest-quality ingredients. Fresh fish from the Luarca fish market and select meats complete our selection of seasonal starters, making our restaurant the perfect choice for your dinner.
At Bar de 3 Cabos, you'll find not only coffees, teas, juices, and soft drinks, but also a wide selection of liqueurs, premium gins, and gourmet rums. Our wine list features over 40 wines from various appellations of origin.

- How to get there: Take exit 465 Luarca–Otur from the A-8 motorway. At the roundabout, take the N-634 road towards Otur. After driving 1 km along this main road, turn left at the junction signposted “El Vallín 4 km”. Continue along this road (VA-2) for 4.5 km, always following signs for El Vallín, and you will find the hotel on your right.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
