Amongst the picturesque scenery of an Alsatian vineyard you’ll discover our gorgeous 15th century half-timbered house, recognised for its historical importance by Monuments Historiques.
You will enjoy the swimming pool and private park to relax after returning from your excursions.
A pleasant residence in a vast vineyard, the cellar and accompanying wine press are reminders of the buildings working past and contribute to the serenity and faint air of nostalgia that suffuses the property.
The house offers 5 guest rooms combining the beauty of yesteryear with modern comfort following our complete renovation in 2017.
Our guest rooms come with queen size beds and four-star hotel quality bedding, walk-in showers, flat-screen TVs and free Wi-Fi.
Unter der Linde means under the lime tree, a tree you will find in the middle of the beautiful inner courtyard near the well.
Nordheim is the first village of the Alsace wine route. The countryside and surrounding vineyards are an ideal escape from day to day life and reward hikers with idyllic views.
Bikes are available for free, allowing you to explore the surrounding countryside or visit the various local cellars to taste our delicious Alsace wines.

The 7 room
50m2 room, located on the 1st floor with a view overlooking the gorgeous inner courtyard. The bedroom leads to a bathroom with a bath and italian shower. Direct access to the park and outdoor pool is available.

The Zwettinge room
Room located on the 1st floor. Possibility of extra sleeping capacity on the mezzanine. Queen size bed. Bathroom with italian shower.

The Lime Tree room
Suite located on the 1st floor, this 50m2 room overlooks the lime tree. It has a mezzanine which offers space for additional sleeping capacity if required.

The Sturm room
This 40m2 room is located on the ground floor and offers a beautiful view of the inner courtyard and the garden. It includes two separate bedrooms , 16m2 and 20m2 respectively, which share a main bathroom with a large shower.

The Red room
Splendid room embellished with panelling dating from the 18th century. Located on the ground floor and overlooks the beautiful inner courtyard. The room is 40m2 and comes with a corner office, a bathroom with iltalian shower, adjoining bath.

5 4Excellent accueil de Sophie dans ce lieu plein d'histoire, merveilleusement rénové. Que des produits frais au petit déjeuner. Chambre et literie très confortable. Meubles chinés magnifiques. Encore merci Sophie pour la visite complète de cette ferme viticole, dans ce joli village. Dommage que le jardin ne soit pas entretenu afin de pouvoir en profiter pleinement.
Un endroit magnifique. Un accueil par Sophie très très sympathique et chaleureux. Nous avions l'impression de retrouver une amie qui nous accueille chez elle. Nous aurions pu parler beaucoup plus .... Sophie nous a fait visiter toute cette ancienne ferme vinicole, restaurée avec beaucoup de gout en conservant le caractère originel. Passé le porche, un immense pré où les coquelicots sont soigneusement protégés, s'étend sous vos yeux. Le petit déjeuner, servi dans le parc, est inimaginable, confitures maison, charcuterie, fromages, fruits préparés, rien ne manque… Un grand merci à Sophie pour sa spéciale attention envers moi, du petit kouglof personnel..... La literie est parfaite et confortable, la douche à l'italienne bien conçue. Rien ne manque Nous avons quitté cet endroit avec regret....... Mais gardant en mémoire d'y revenir un jour.
Un très grand merci pour ce moment magique, hors du temps. L’endroit est juste magnifique, restauré à la perfection (sauf pour ce qui est en lien avec le confort..... literie excellente, douche à l'italienne......). Un accueil et une gentillesse..... une prévenance de nos moindres attentes.... une visite historique de toute cette ferme magnifique avant notre départ. Notre séjour entre ces murs était juste trop court. Nous reviendrons et conseillerons à tous nos amis d’y faire étape lors de leur prochain séjour en Alsace Adeline
