Today, with its five guest rooms - plus three additional rooms available exclusively upon private use & rental - its ecological swimming pool and its vast gardens, Villa La Tosca is both our "family home" and that of all the guests we have the pleasure of welcoming. It's a guest house that we've designed in the spirit of a luxury lodge, where every detail has been thought out for the comfort and enjoyment of its guests.

As avid travelers, we've scoured the globe, picking up precious furniture and objects from many countries we've visited that are special to us for their beauty, uniqueness and elegant simplicity. These are the items that decorate each of our five guest rooms. Each object has been lovingly collected and placed, carrying with it a singular memory that we have shared as a family, that of a place, a culture, a moment, to now share with others, somewhat a live “cabinet of curiosities”.

L'Eau Vive
Located on the 1st floor, this refined 80 m² suite offers 2 private terraces with exceptional views of the bay and the park. King size double bed (180 x 200cm). Bathroom with whirlpool bathtub and walk-in shower with massage jets.

La Vérandah
Located on the ground floor, La Vérandah immerses you in the surrounding landscape, directly connected to the garden and beach. Queen-size double bed (160 x 200cm), with electric slat base. Access for people with reduced mobility.

Le Bassin
Located on the 1st floor, Le Bassin offers access to a large vaulted loggia and a terrace from which you can admire the sunset and a magnificent view of the bay, Arcachon and Cap Ferret. Twin beds can be combined to form a king-size (180 x 200)

Le Confort
Located on the 2nd floor, Le Confort is perhaps our most romantic room, as it is a former attic converted into a loft style room. Just above the King size double bed, the skylight lets you glide into the night, gazing up at the starry sky.

On request, a chef can prepare an exclusive dinner to suit your tastes. There are two possible options: you tell us your preferences and the chef will prepare the menu you have chosen, or you let his experience guide you and enjoy a menu prepared with the best local and seasonal produce.

Describe the key elements of the accommodations : decor, hospitality, value, housekeeping, setting, and/or meals. What were the highlights of your stay? A comfortable bed and elegant decor? The convenient location? The delicious breakfasts and afternoon snacks? The hospitality of the innkeepers? Extra amenities and/or advice for business or vacation travel? If in the area again, would you return? Recommend to friends?

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
