Perched on the Garonne canal, in the shade of a hundred-year-old magnolia, we will be delighted to welcome you to our Bed & Breakfast, La Demeure du Bord'Ô, for a charming stay. This old house is a haven of peace, perfect for your well-being.
Our three large guest rooms, nestled in the heart of the gardens overlooking the canal, offer you tranquility and charm.
Enjoy our terrace, the swimming pool, or discover the region with its walks, castles, and golf courses. Each room of nearly 40 m² or our suite of more than 50 m² is equipped with Wi-Fi, a king size bed and a private living room. The bathrooms have walk-in showers and separate toilets.
A continental breakfast with regional products is served in the dining room or gardens depending on the season.
Each breakfast is an invitation to savor the passing of time, a brunch embellished with fresh fruit, savory and sweet dishes between authenticity and the French art of living. A suspended moment to share...
Upon reservation, we also offer a dinner in the form of platters to discover our local products.
Whether you are taking a road trip by bike on the Canal des Deux Mers or simply exploring our beautiful south-west region, we have done everything possible to make you enjoy this place of relaxation. We will direct our guests to the most beautiful tourist routes in the region: sport, culture, gastronomy, and more.
Located in the south-west, one hour from Bordeaux and Bergerac airports, the Demeure du Bord'Ô is located between Marmande and Casteljaloux directly on the greenway.
Pets are not allowed.
An hour from Bordeaux, the residence is ideal for your journey on the greenway, we are also labeled Accueil Vélo. You will have the possibility to charge your vehicle or bike on site. We are also 15 minutes from Casteljaloux with its golf course and casino, or Marmande with its "GAROROCK" festival. Explore the bastides of Guyenne or the castle of Duras, or stroll along the canal by renting a boat.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
