In the heart of Cap Sizun, in the immediate vicinity of the Pointe du Raz, the port of Audierne and the famous Baie des Trépassés, "Le Quartier d'Hiver" welcomes you in bed and breakfast in all seasons.
You will enjoy our guest rooms as a couple, with family or with friends. You can go and explore Cap Sizun, recharge your batteries or relax.
Here you will find walks on the GR34 (customs path, Pointe du Raz), relaxing afternoons on the beaches (Loch, Saint-Tugen, Esquibien, etc.), adventures in the waves of the Baie des Trépassés, discovering the trails by mountain bike, excursions to the island of Sein, discovering the solar wind route, visiting historic and medieval cities (Locronan, Pont-Croix, Quimper, etc.), etc.

Breathtaking view
Pointe du Raz is a natural masterpiece, facing the impetuous Raz de Sein. Set against this backdrop of high cliffs covered in moorland, exposed to the waves and winds, Pointe du Raz is certainly the most famous natural site in Finistère, but other, much less famous but equally fascinating, locations make up this Grand Site de France.
Sport & Hiking
GR34: it runs along our coasts to the north and south of the guesthouse. To the north, it runs along the entire coast from Douarnenez, overlooking Douarnenez Bay, passing through numerous headlands and the Goulien bird sanctuary. To the south, it runs along the coast along Audierne Bay.
Gastronomy
You can enjoy the dinner we prepare at the table d'hôtes or visit one of the several remarkable restaurants near the winter quarter. You can enjoy lobster at the L'Étrave restaurant (1.5 km away) or the menu at the Orhizon restaurant (7 km away).
Relax & Wellness
Our outdoor spa can accommodate all members of the same room. In summer, the water is kept at 35°C for enhanced well-being. The spa is available and heated throughout the opening hours of the quartier d'hiver The session lasts 30 minutes and is private per room. We provide bathrobes and towels. Remember to bring a swimsuit and flip-flops or sandal

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
