Overview
Along a small road between fields of sweet corn and sunflowers, the Family Erauw - Van Tricht will welcome you heartily in one of the marvellous guestrooms on the domain.
The lounges, bedrooms and bathrooms combine today’s luxury and the serenity of yesteryear, modern comforts and nostalgic romance.
In short, you will enjoy a stay with a soul, where you both feel indulged and at home.
Because rest is not possible without privacy, each room gives out onto a terrace where you can enjoy an undisturbed pastis or glass of delicious wine.
In the morning the hostess will serve a rich breakfast by the pond or under the oak roof of the 18th century Bressan farm.
You can relax on your own terrace, in the shade in the small forest or at the side of the pool.
There is only one rule at the Meflatot domain: relax.
Le meflatot is in the middle of the Bressan fields at walking distance from the village of Serley in the Saône-et-Loire department, the eastern part of Burgundy.
The possibilities for walking, cycling, enjoying the terraces and browsing the typical markets in the region are endless.
The region offers the best of both worlds with the renowned Burgundy wine regions to the west and the fairytale Jura to the east.
You can visit historic cities like Chalon-sur-Saône, Beaune or Dijon, absorb some culture at Citeaux Abbey or the Château de Pierre in Pierre-de-Bresse, admire the Port Fluvial of Saint-Jean de Losne and walk the arcades of Louhans, ... to name but a few.
Fervent golfers can play to their heart’s content in Losne-Le-Saunier and gourmets can savour the regional cuisine with dishes like bœuf Charolais, poulet de Bresse or escargots de Bourgogne.
In short, a region full of treasures that cannot leave you unmoved.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
