Overview
Welcome to the Castell de Blés !
You will appreciate the combination of a old house, as Castell de Blés was a wine-producing estate in the 19th century, and modern interior facilities (air-conditioning, 1 bathroom for a maximum of 2 bedrooms).
You will be able to enjoy the 2.5 hectare exterior. Children and adults alike should find something to suit them: a play area with a trampoline, a tree house, table tennis, bicycles, badminton and petanque. The heated open-air swimming pool (open from about May to October) allows you to share good times. On the property, we also have horses and chickens.
In the evening, sit on the terrace and enjoy the breathtaking view of the Canigou.
Indoors, you can enjoy the large 200m2 room with billiards, table football, jukebox, gym and shared kitchen.
In terms of location, less than 15 minutes away, you will find the sea, the mountains (the GR 10 runs through the Albères) and Spain.
Indeed, we are located in the middle of nature and orchards (apples, peaches, nectarines and apricots), but we remain close to charming villages (Collioure, Céret, Laroque des Albères, Palau del Vidre, ...) and shops (2kms).
Depending on your tastes, you will find cycling routes for cyclists (bicycles available), art and history lovers will enjoy visiting museums, castles, cloisters and abbeys of the Romanesque period, and finally, for those who like thrills, various water sports and water activities will be offered.
The Catalan region is known for being sunny, so don't hesitate to book :)
There are many good restaurants and food shops nearby as well as catering services to take away and eat at home (kitchen available). At our place, we propose meal baskets composed of cold cuts, salad, cheese, dessert, drink at the rate of 25 €/person. There is also a shared kitchen at your disposal.

Otherwise, from the A9 motorway, last exit before Spain, "The Boulou" follow "Argeles sur mer" to be on a fast track, out in "Laroque des Alberes" (exit after "St. Génis des Fontaines"), to the tower RONT point, go under the freeway and take the country road in front (Castell de Bles panel), at the intersection turn left, continue for 1.2 km, then cross a small river just after the move to ford back in the field on the left, go to the bottom: the house white and pink (panel gite de France).
