La Lipomerie is a welcoming and open space, where teaching and sharing are part of our core values. Aware of world ecology, this space offers its beautiful rooms and soft lights to those individuals who would like to contribute to a respectful and benevolent dynamic. And to those who simply wish to kick back and relax.
The main house offers four bedrooms and one dormitory. The bakery, recently restored, can accommodate a family or a small group; four people can lodge in it. This is a small, detached home. Its south-facing terrasse, overlooking the pond, is bathed in glorious sun all day long!
With lodgings for small groups of people and a setting that is respectful of our guests’ privacy, La Lipomerie will be certainly make your stay a fruitful one.

Some of your needs can be catered to during your stay.
Linens, toiletries, groceries, fruit picking, vegetables, aromatic herbs, fresh eggs from our hens and, when in season, apple picking, honey harvesting and sheep shearing!
In addition, you will find board games, bicycles, children’s toys, patio furniture, a barbecue and a swimming pool at your disposal.

- DIRECTIONS By car A13 N12 towards Dreux, then Verneuil l’Aigle Moulins-la-Marche. Distance Highway leading to Deauville From Paris - 2h From Deauville - 1h30min From Le Havre - 1h30min By train On the Paris Montparnasse-Granville ligne: stop at Surdon (15mn) or l’Aigle (25mn). By bike La Veloscénie, a bike path linking Paris to Mont-Saint-Michel, goes through Le Perche. More info can be found on the Veloscénie website as well as on the site for Voie Verte Alençon-Condé-sur-Huisne. It’s is also possible to travel by train + bike by taking the Pais-LeMans line as well as through Granville; get off at the Condé station which has a direct access to the Voie Verte.

La Petite Maison - one double bed in the mezzanine and two twin beds at the ground floor
This little cocoon is big on charm, with a large living space, an equipped kitchen and a bathroom with bathtub. One bedroom comes with a double bed, while the smaller one has two twin beds. The house can accommodate 2 adults + 2 children or 3 adults

La Bergerie - apartment with 2 bedrooms, double bed each - on the first floor of the main house
This cosy upstairs apartment has a separate entrance and comes with a small living room, two bedrooms (double beds), a bathroom with shower, and an additional single bed on the landing. Can accommodate 4 adults and one child.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
