The Villa Kilauea B&B is a large mediterranean villa located on the western hills of Nice on the French Riviera, in full heart of vineyard of Bellet, only at a few minutes by car or by bus of the Promenade des Anglais and the beaches.
Villa Kilauea has been designed with a contemporary zen spirit in mind right in Nice hill’s, with panoramic views of the hill top villages surrounding and at sight the summits of Alps.
At your arrival you will be charmed by the surrounding landscape, and the unspoilable view on the Castle of Bellet, and typical Provence village’s.
Villa Kilauea offers you the possibility of truly getting away from it all, in an elegant and relaxed setting, that is also timeless and welcoming, where contemporary comfort blends with traditional materials and where everything has been carefully designed for your well-being.
Our Bed and Breakfast is designed to be a haven of charm and elegance, with exciting home decorating ideas and special comfort, also you enjoy a superb Mediterranean garden.
We propose 3 quiet and cozy rooms and one suite, with en-suite bathroom, with an intemporal and warm decoration.
Each room are an alliance between comfort, softness and refinement, with an independant access, lounge area and private terrace.
Our Bed and breakfast Villa Kilauea is on a great property of more than 6600 m2, broadside of a classified forest green zone and a small valley protected by the European Union for its fauna and its flora. We preserved a great part of the ground in forest, in order to preserve the natural character of the site. Impassioned gardening, we do not cease arranging the garden with a Mediterranean species multitude, (hundreds of years old olives trees, pink lavenders, bougainvilleas, mimosas, bay-trees, lantanas, orange trees, washingthonia, cycas…).
Because the holidays are richer when you’ve taken a little time for yourself, we have installed a large Jacuzzi on the pool terrace. Enjoy our amazing view and relaxing your body, calming your mind and soothing your soul. Heated all around year, you can enjoy an unforgettable relaxing moment during your stay. Pool is open from may to mid-october.
Breakfast is one of the most important part of the day and nothing is better than beginning the day with a delight breakfast. It is the best time to exchange with our guests and prepare the day.
Our Gourmet Breakfast is served in the morning, from 8:30am to 10:30 am, facing the valley view : on the terrace by the pool or in the pool house on individuals tables, or in the Villa dining room.
Depending on seasons it includes: Fresh fruit, Fresh fruit juice, home made yogurt, Fresh and crusty bread, home made jams with local fruits, French cheeses, pastries, homemade cakes, tea, Nespresso coffee, hot chocolate…and also Nathalie’s surprise, different each morning.
The library in the pool-house has a wealth of guides and information for you to plan your day.
You will be able to read guides and maps in English on the main destinations on French Riviera, from St Tropez to Italy : Nice, Antibes, Cannes, St Paul, Eze, Monaco.
Here, you will find the essentials : the light of French Riviera, the peace of a sunset over Baous and vineyards of Bellet, a nap by the swimming pool, sports for the more active and discovering some of the most beautiful place of South of France… without forgetting to sample some of the local products.
Our Guest house, is ideal for exploring all touristic French Riviera attractionswithin 30 minutes drive from our Villa. You can go on Beach side or discover hill-top villages in the countryside or have a walk on the Alps near beautiful lakes.

- From highway A8 (from Cannes) : Take the exit Nice Centre Promenade des Anglais No 50, Follow on the way Corniglion Molinier during approximately 1,5 miles then take on the left line to Promenade des Anglais direction. (after follow the direction « from airport »). From airport : Take the direction « Promenade des Anglais- centre ville ». After 3 miles when you arrive in front of « Bambou plage », take the left lane. Look for mini tunnel »in direction to « Magnan- La Madeleine- Centre ville – Voie Rapide ». Enter mini tunnel which goes under Promenade des Anglais and exits prior to urban expressway. Go under expressway bridge and turn left St Roman de Bellet opposite the pharmacy (towards 10o’clock direction St Roman de Bellet) on Boulevard Carlone. Go straight up for approximately 5 miles, crossing over two mini roundabouts along the way. As you enter St Roman de Bellet looks for the church on the left, turn left into Place Louis Martin. Straight ahead for 1/4 miles and Villa Kilauea is on your right. * Important : With GPS, Don’t take Chemin du Génie (small road, with a lot of turns) !

Villa Kilauea is located 2 km from the Château de Bellet vineyard. On your visit you will discover the vineyards surrounding the Chapel, and then the wine cellar, built in 2015. The visit ends in the Chapel with an intimate tasting inside the secret crypt.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
