5 4Mme et M. Perrin sont des hôtes très accueillants et sympathiques. Nous avons séjourné 6 jours dans le gîte, agrèable, spacieux, très bien équipé et confortable avec terrasse ensoleillée toute la journée et vue splendide sur la mer et la montagne. Très beaux villages perchés à visiter et bord de mer tout proche. Je recommande à 100% Merci encore à eux
Nous avons passé 2 nuits dans ce magnifique endroit. La chambre est spacieuse, très bien décorée, le couchage est très confortable. Une salle de bain, fantastique. Lorsqu'on va sur la terrasse, on découvre une vue extraordinaire... Bref, un endroit vraiment idyllique. Madame et monsieur Perrin sont des hôtes adorables et plein de bons conseils pour passer un agréable séjour en pays Niçois. Et pour finir, ils nous ont préparé des petits déjeuners merveilleux. Bref, je recommande vivement la Bastide des Pins.... Encore merci pour votre gentillesse et votre disponibilité.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
