Our Bastide is your home as long as you wish...
Avignon and L’Isle sur la Sorgue are both within 15 minutes by car. If you like walking, breathtaking hilltop views, magical garrigue hikes and authentic villages where time stands still are only a short drive away on picturesque country roads. Go up to Gordes, then cruise down the valley and up to Ménerbes where Peter Mayle wrote “A year in Provence” . Have an ice cream at sunset in Roussillon and watch the rays give life to ochre cliffs, but don’t stay too long wherever you go. You might end up falling in love with the place and feel an irresistible temptation to come back… for good. That’s exactly what happened us.
Go through the wrought iron gates, park your chariot under the cool canopy of mulberry tree foliage and breath in the rosemary and thyme scented air of rural Provence.
The hotter it is, the louder the cicadas. Lola, our Border Collie will guide you onto the terrace, around the heated swimming pool (15 x 5) and make sure you admire her domain.
We will show you our vast landscaped garden, tell you all about the relaxed conviviality of the house and accompany you to your quarters.
5 comfortable B&B rooms on the first floor of the Mas, each with a private bathroom.
A copious breakfast will be served on the terrace or inside according to the mood of time.
There is a kitchenette with a microwave oven where you can make salads, chill your wine in the fridge or make tea and coffee when you wish.
On the west wing of the Mas, Gite La Bastide, occupies the two floors of the Mas’s west wing. You enter the gite by a private, dedicated door on the main terrace. It opens onto the very large, comfortable open plan kitchen and living area.

1 private dining table inside on the terrace, in the cool shade of an ancient plane tree.
The adjacent Fantine B&B room can be added to the basic rental capacity of 4.
Gite Les Amouries is separated from the Mas with an independent access from the main terrace or the garden, it has an open plan, kitchen/living room, 2 bedrooms, 1 bathrrom and a private terrace. The gite can accommodate up to 4 guests.

- From the A7 motorway, take exit 24, use the right lane to take the N129 ramp towards Avignon/Airport/Caumont/Apt/l'Isle-sur-la-Sorgue. Stay on the left at the 1st roundabout take the 2nd exit onto D900. Continue for 1.3km and turn left onto Av. Jean-Moulin (signs towards Caumont/Le Thor). At the 1st roundabout (Pl. du Marché) turn left, at the 2nd roundabout turn right onto Rte du Thor/D1 towards Thor/Velleron. 800m after turning right onto Chemin Saint Estève, the Bastide is approximately 1km on your right. From the Avignon TGV station, take the A7/N7 direction (Marseille/Cavaillon/Aix en Pvce). Join the D900 towards Caumont-sur Durance, turn left onto Av. Jean-Moulin (signs towards Caumont/Le Thor). At the 1st roundabout (Pl. du Marché) turn left, at the 2nd roundabout turn right onto Rte du Thor/D1 towards Thor/Velleron. 800m after turning right onto Chemin Saint Estève, the Bastide is approximately 1km on your right.
