Overview
The “ Four Sparrows” is an ancient stone hamlet in the hearth of the Romagna hills in the hinterland between the cities of Cesena and Rimini.
The heaven corner everybody dreams is waiting for you, a « relais de charme » plunged into the most absolute green where you can spend all the time that you wish, living again the old traditions and rediscovering the unique flavours that only the rich and generous “Land of Romagna” can offer.
The “Quattro Passeri” is located in Santa Paola a small town at 314 mt. above the sea level at the gates of Roncofreddo, ancient property of the Malatesta family.
The history of our house dates back to the far-off end of the 1800.
Thanks to an expert restoration in the respect of the ancient Romagna traditions today the house can welcome you in an harmonious fusion of “ancient flavours” offering you all the modern comforts for a pleasant and unique stay.
The Samorè family will welcome you and put at your disposal their experience in hospitality and their cordiality.
Tradition, love and hospitality for every single detail characterise our rooms which warmly welcome our guests all over the year.
They are furnished with traditional Romagna furniture that time has made warm and charming.
All rooms are Twin or king size bedded, wide and comfortable with: large private facilities - shower and hydromassage - hairdryer - telephone - PC connection (Wi-fi / Lan)- air conditioning - heater.
To the ones who wish to have an independent accommodation we offer rooms with kitchen and intermediate floor.
The “Allodola” (Skylark) room is particularly charming and cosy. It is a real suite whose stone walls together with the atmosphere created by the furniture, the paintings and the old objects will make you live again those ancient times that only the great Romagna poets of the past could describe with their verses.

- By Car (Coming from North): Leave A/14 at North Cesena exit or Cesena Exit Get to the Emilia Way (S. S. 9) and follow it in direction of Rimini After about 10 km you will get to the crossroad for Longiano and Roncofreddo Leave Roncofreddo centre and continue for about 1,5 Km fter the Santa Paola sign turn immediately to the right on Via Dei Laghi. Follow the road for another 500 mt and come downhill. You will find the “Quattro Passeri” on your left waiting for you. By car (Coming from South): Leave A/14 at Rimini Nord exit Get to the Emilia Way (S. S. 9) and follow it in direction of Cesena – Bologna. After about 10 km After about 10 km you will get to the crossroad for Longiano and Roncofreddo Leave Roncofreddo centre and continue for about 1,5 Km After the Santa Paola sign turn immediately to the right on Via Dei Laghi. Follow the road for another 500 mt and come downhill. You will find the “Quattro Passeri” on your left waiting for you.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
