Overview

Eea Island it's a real "Mind Farm", a temple for the soul where the nature has no limits; sea waves caress white dolomite rocks, and the promontory gives the sky a different dimension, that doesn't last with the beautiful sight of the Pontinian Islands, neither with the romantic sunsets, that are available only in this part of the promontory.
In this way, space and time, assume new descriptions, providing our customers with new landmarks.

Inside Circeo's National Park, Quarto Caldo, at the end of the road, Eea Island welcomes guests with charm and discretion. The villa , constructed by famous architect Piero Sartogo (Embassy of Italy in Washington D.C.), with its fascinating geometry is exploited in all species of Mediterrenean vegetation - "la macchia".

Beyond the entrance, a first terrace offers a breathtaking view over the Pontine Islands, beyond the patio and a second terrace, a garden of 5000 sqm slopes towards the sea and the natural pools below.

The charm of the villa is enhanced by the natural beauty of the environment in which it is inserted. On one side the protected area of National Park with its natural flora and wildlife, on the other a beautiful botanical garden where the care of scenic layout and the variety of plants is only for visitors. Mediterrenean "macchia", the heathers and the oaks with all the varieties of aloe in a fascinating mix of colors.
In the park, as well as foxes and razorbacks , birdwatchers can observe numerous species including the peregrine falcon and the cormorant.

From the villa, across the garden, down the cliffs heading the sea. The reef is surrounded by the "Batteria Moresca" (a napoleonic defensive contruction) and Alabaster Cave ( its precious alabaster has been extracted and used to decorate several ambiences of Sistine Chapel). Among these rocks, reserved for guests of the structure, are gained spaces equipped with comfortable mattresses and umbrellas.

The sea has a comfortable and safe harbor, feeds many natural pools with convenient access, suitable for easy canoe trips to the many sea caves.

A piano with others music instruments gives a warm and particular hospitality usually absent in other structures.
Wi-fi connection, and sat tv are available for external links, although we suggest you to live this experience unplugged, in order to fully enjoy the relax and privacy that the Island offers.

A mountain 550 mt high, surrounded by the sea and a little toungue of land at the East side. Our Villa is located between the prehistoric Cave of Neanderthal Man and the Napoleonic Fort of the XIX Century, on the West side.
