Overview
Ideally located, near the famous Djamaa El F’na square (2 mn walk) and easy to reach, even by car, this splendid house immediately charm people by its authenticity, its great elegance and its discreet luxury.
The patio with its pleasant small pool (heated on request), the quiet lounges, the rooms fitted with all modern conveniences, and the exceptional terraces overlooking the city and the Atlas mountains turn this riad into a haven of peace in the heart of Marrakech.
Each room is fitted with all modern conveniences: air conditioning or heating, chimney (except Tanger), Wifi, safe, TV, DVD (on request), hair drier, dressing.
Two rooms (Medersa and Menseh) are also equipped with a bath tub.
A special attention has been given to provide the best service to our guests: refined furnishing and decoration, comfortable bedding.
Our table d'hôte
A restaurant is available for our guests on request half a day before. Light meals are served for lunch. One can also book a table for dinner.
Tagines, couscous, and other classical Moroccan food are cooked by our chef Atika.
The meals are served in the dinning-room, in the patio or else on our beautiful terraces surrounding Marrakech city.
Cooking lessons:
Depending of Atika availability, our guests can learn how to prepare some traditionnal Moroccan dishes and/or participe to purchase the ingredients at the market.
We sincerely hope that our reception and service will charm you, but of course, you will be the only judges.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
Innkeeper responses : There are at least two sides to every story (often three!). The reviews posted on the Charming Guest Rooms website are taken seriously by innkeepers.
