We offer you a warm welcome to Low Mill Guest House.
Low Mill is a stone built Grade II listed late 18th Century corn mill situated in the beautiful Dales village of Bainbridge, close to the ancient market town of Hawes.
Bainbridge is in the heart of Wensleydale so Low Mill makes an ideal base to explore this stunning area and its many attractions.
Backing onto the River Bain, England's shortest river, Low Mill is an amazing place.
Most of the original millworks, including the waterwheel, remain in working order.
It has recently undergone a full, sympathetic restoration to become a Guest House.
We have three letting bedrooms offering luxury accommodation throughout.
We provide a full dinner, bed and breakfast service, all rooms have Wi Fi, ipod docks, flat screen TV’s, DVD players, fluffy towels, Temple Spa toiletries, robes and all the other usual extras you would expect.
Whether you are relaxing by one of the cosy open fires in the winter, wandering in the riverside garden or daydreaming on the terrace or deck overlooking the Bain in the summer a stay at Low Mill will provide an unforgettable experience in the unique atmosphere created by this fascinating and historic building.

We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
Innkeeper responses : There are at least two sides to every story (often three!). The reviews posted on the Charming Guest Rooms website are taken seriously by innkeepers.
