Welcome to our newest Soul Community Planet (SCP) Hotel – the SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm. This magical property includes an 1867 cozy country manor, an adjoining modern lodge along with other unique guest rooms on property.
Our unique Mendocino bed and breakfast is situated on the Mendocino Coast, where you'll find a celebration of sustainability, nature, and wellness all in one. We invite you to explore our property and stay with us on your next visit to Mendocino.
SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm is just outside the town of Mendocino on the northern coast of California. Formerly Glendeven Inn and the Inn at the Cobbler's Walk, our inn has an ideal coastal location, surrounded on three sides by Van Damme State Park. SCP Mendocino is located near all of the restaurants, shops, galleries, Anderson Valley wineries, and the North Mendocino Coast attractions. Our 15-acre ocean-view farmstead and spa lodge offers guests a relaxing getaway on the California coast.
SCP Mendocino Inn and Farm consists of six buildings and one stand alone cottage. Mindfully designed for your relaxation featuring 31 unique rooms, most of which offer wood-burning fireplaces and whitewater ocean views. The Lodge is located among the gardens offering guest rooms with large windows to enjoy views of the ocean and surrounding greenery.
The historic 1867 Farmhouse is well-known for its deep rooted history along the Mendocino Coast and offers stunning views of the coastline.

The Fourquarters Building - Designed on three-levels, this unique building offers four guest rooms, all with a fireplace, and an outdoor seating area for guests to enjoy the surrounding greenery.
The Stevenscroft Building is designed in an L shape providing quiet guest rooms and suites as well as a private entrance to each of the four guest rooms.
Located on the second floor of the private Carriage House building is our most spacious suite, The Carriage House King Loft. A bright and spacious suite with two fireplaces, this 750 sq ft space offers a private entryway.
Located along the coast in Mendocino County, SCP offers a fresh, farm-to-table breakfast and daily wine hour for guests to enjoy. Our breakfast is sourced from right here at the Inn and Farm.
Homemade Breakfast : Breakfast includes morning goodies right to your door or served in the lodge. Our seasonal breakfast menu is constantly changing, but always includes fresh squeezed orange juice, fruit, muffins, and egg soufflés.

Describe the key elements of the accommodations : decor, hospitality, value, housekeeping, setting, and/or meals. What were the highlights of your stay? A comfortable bed and elegant decor? We offer a wide selection of quality guesthouses for all tastes and budgets
It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
Things can go wrong in the best of guesthouses, and the difference between an average place and a great one is how the innkeepers address the problem when something unexpected occurs.
Avoid hyperbole : Reviews that include only effusive praise or complete condemnation are rarely helpful or even credible.
Innkeeper responses : There are at least two sides to every story (often three!). The reviews posted on the Charming Guest Rooms website are taken seriously by innkeepers.
