At two and a half hours from Paris only, among the beauty of this soft and wild landscape, one can still experience a sense of confidentiality and conviviality that characterizes the authentic French ‘Art de Vivre’.

First encounter at the bar for the cocktail, next to the crackling fi re of the massive fi re place, while enjoying the appetizers.
Arrival in the convivial 15th century kitchen where the chefs are presenting the five different entrées buffet. The guests are savoring the starters while watching the meals in preparation. The meat is cooking on the ancient roasting spit of the fi re place, flames are refl ected in the authentic brass bands; the charm is guaranteed.
