Overview

La Bastide de Fontvieille is a charming guest house located by the sea in Saint-Cyr-sur-Mer, in the Var, between Le Castellet, Cassis and Bandol.
The sea is less than 3 km away, and the village is just 4 minutes away by car.

Nestled in the heart of the Bandol vineyards, this former 18th-century wine farm offers 4 charming suites and guest rooms, all carefully restored and elegantly decorated in keeping with local traditions.
All rooms are designed for 2 guests.

Surrounded by vineyards and set on the edge of the Saint-Côme stream, you will be pleasantly surprised by the peace and quiet and by the landscaped garden, where nature, flowers and many century-old trees live side by side.

Our guest rooms are surrounded by cypress trees, plane trees, olive trees and fruit trees.
This is why the charm of Provençal stone, combined with the many Mediterranean plant species, gives this place a unique atmosphere of well-being and authenticity.

The 3,200 m² garden is bordered by a stream. For your comfort and relaxation, you can enjoy several lounging areas around our swimming pool and its fountain.
An authentic place full of character, ideal for a romantic getaway or a trip with friends.

To start the day well, a generous sweet breakfast is served on the terrace facing the pool or near the pool house during the warmer months.
In the low season, it is served in our lounge.

For everyone’s enjoyment, we favour local and organic products, as well as homemade French specialties.
You can enjoy homemade cakes, pastries and jams, as well as fresh fruit picked from the orchard depending on the season (cherries, figs, walnuts, plums, strawberries, grapes...) or buy produce directly from the farm next to the Bastide.

An azure-blue 11 m x 4 m swimming pool, naturally heated by the sun’s rays, offers lovely views over the Saint-Côme hills and the many Mediterranean tree species.
Several terraces invite you to relax in the sun or in the shade of the pool house.
A library is also available in the pool house.

In the shade of the cherry tree and surrounded by vineyards, you can enjoy a relaxing moment on the pétanque court.
Boules are provided for your use.

La Bastide de Fontvieille is ideally located and perfect for lovers of nature, hiking and cultural walks exploring medieval villages such as Le Castellet and La Cadière-d’Azur.
Motorsport enthusiasts can enjoy a thrill at the Paul Ricard Circuit in Le Castellet… after a lazy moment on the fine sandy beaches.

Everything here is designed for well-being and relaxation.

Important information: the layout of the grounds and the swimming pool is not suitable for young children under 12 years old, and we are sorry for the inconvenience.
All our rooms are designed for 2 guests only, with no possibility of an extra bed.
