Labeled 4 ears Gîtes de France, Villa Maskali is a winegrower's house in the village of Cuxac-d'Aude.

Built in 1850, it has had multiple owners who, over the years, have taken it through the decades, now bringing it into the 21st century by modernizing, while respecting its soul and character.

Comfort, charm and elegance, subtle blend of materials and colors, Villa Maskali is just waiting to open its double doors to welcome you into this warm and friendly atmosphere, where you will be able to relax in complete serenity and privacy, on a background of jazz music…the piano is at your disposal!

3 rooms and 1 suite are at your disposal, with their own atmospheres and colors, for areas of 16 to 52 m², each with bathroom or shower room.

The ground floor is made up of a large hall which serves the living room, the dining room, the kitchen and the staircase leading to the upper floors.

On the 1st floor, served by a second hall, you will find the Nairobi, Karen and Mombasa rooms. Ducted air conditioning with individual control for greater comfort, smart TV, intercom, bed for 2 people, percale bed linen, very soft carpet, nothing will be lacking for your comfort.
Ideal for families, the Karen room is an extension of the Nairobi room, allowing parents to stay in complete privacy while the children (+10 years) will be right next to them. The Mombasa room is an extension of the Bangui suite.

On the second floor, served by a reading corner, you will find the Libreville room and the Bangui Suite. Air conditioning, smart TV, intercom, shower room for the bedroom and bathroom also with a large shower for the suite, plus dressing room, double bedding with percale bed linen, soft carpet for the bedroom and terracotta tiles original for the future. Here again, nothing will be lacking for your comfort. The room is 45 m² and the suite 52 m².

A last minute video, or a bit of teleworking, Villa Maskali is equipped with WiFi and also provides you with a printer.

To finish this owner's tour, let's go into the garden.
Stainless steel outdoor kitchen, living room that can accommodate 10 people, dining table, sun lounger, deck chair, parasol and of course the swimming pool, heated from April 15 until the end of October (depending on the weather); the surrounding garden has sound systems, ideal for a few notes of jazz.

Our rooms and our suite are with breakfast included. Hearty, fresh, and French, this breakfast should satisfy the most demanding. Served in the dining room, on the terrace or in your room, it’s up to you to choose. It will be entirely possible, on request and at an additional cost, to organize a brunch for you, why not by the pool? Breakfast is served from 8 a.m. to 10 a.m. For early risers, we have thought of you, everything you need will be in your room or suite while waiting for breakfast.

For the evening, we invite you, upon reservation, to join our table for an excellent Occitan meal, the products are all local, a tune of jazz in the background will complete this beautiful evening of sharing.

To conclude this quick presentation of Villa Maskali, our accommodation is for 2 people only, animals are not allowed. Your host also has a few animals but they have their own space and will not bother you.
Arrival is from 4 p.m. for departure before 10 a.m.
