Situé entre Bretagne et Loire Atlantique, au cœur d’une petite cité de caractère, Le Croisic est une presqu’île bordée par l’Océan Atlantique au sud et par le Traict au nord, avancée de mer qui alimente les marais salants de Guérande.
Avec ses façades couleur sable, ses toits d’ardoise et son jardin clos de murs de pierre, la Maison du Traict au Croisic propose 3 chambres d’hôtes alliant confort et raffinement, dans un esprit côte atlantique aux teintes douces et reposantes de bleu ciel, bleu orage et outremer apportant un effet vacances à la mer dans un cadre élégant et apaisant.
Elle se vit comme un havre à la fois haut de gamme et authentique en harmonie avec le cœur de l’ancienne cité d’armateurs.
Au cœur du centre historique du Croisic, à quelques minutes de la gare TGV et du port de pêche, la Maison du Traict est un refuge au bout de la presqu’île de Guérande, au milieu d’une nature exceptionnelle et préservée, dotée d’un patrimoine architectural remarquable et d’une identité forte.

- Par la route nous sommes à 1 heure de route de Nantes. Par le train, Gare TGV du Croisic à 7 minutes à pied de la Maison du Traict. Le Croisic est à 3h15 de Paris TGV direct de la gare Montparnasse. Par avion, nous sommes à 1h20 par la route de l’aéroport Nantes Atlantique.

La chambre Port Lin au bleu frais est inspirée de la couleur de la mer dans cette anse sableuse nichée sur le tour de côte, plage évoquant les débuts des bains de mer à la fin du 19ème siècle au Croisic avec l’arrivée du chemin de fer.

La chambre Saint Goustan au bleu outremer saisissant évoque les étés romantiques de la plage de notre enfance, moins fréquentée, orientée au nord mais qui offre un spectacle à chaque marée car jouxtant l’entrée du chenal alimentant le Traict.

It is not fair to compare a guesthouse that charges €75 a night with a nearby property that charges double or triple that rate.
